This is by far the best eye doctor I have been to in Jacksonville. The staff is kind & attentive. The doctors are thorough and intentional with their conversations with you. They acknowledge your concerns and do not brush them off. Instead, they make you feel comfortable by educating on any conditions you might be experiencing. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gebhard, the tech, and the office staff I interacted with were all wonderful! I had almost no wait for my appointment, and was out in 30 minutes! A1A made it easy!

The whole staff from the front desk, to the tech and Dr. Brown were awesome with my hyper 4 year old! I’m surprised how detailed of an exam they could get on him!

I had such a great experience here! I appreciated how friendly the staff was and helpful. Horacia at the front was extremely helpful, kind and professional. She went over and beyond to not only where she helped see if they could fit me in to be seen by a doctor, after I accidentally came to the wrong appointment time, she also took the time to talk me through billing, explain the services. She was cheerful, thoughtful and provided useful information while guiding me through the processes of getting set up with the office and checking out. While she alone, would be more than enough of a reason I'd come back to this office - the doctors other healthcare staff were great as well. It was quick and efficient!

I had such a great experience today and had to share. From the moment I walked in for my eye exam, everything was seamless. The front staff was warm and welcoming, and the assistant was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right away. But I really want to highlight Dr. William Gebhard — he was outstanding. He was incredibly professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed, and for the first time in a long time, I genuinely felt like my concerns were heard and taken seriously. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants to get things right, not just get you in and out. The experience didn’t stop there — the gentleman in the eyeglass area was just as great. Super easy to talk to, no pressure at all, and somehow managed to pull 4 pairs of glasses that were all spot-on for me. He also walked me through my insurance and made the whole process simple. Overall, just an all-around excellent experience. Dr. Gebhard and the entire team really set the bar high — highly recommend if you’re looking for thorough, thoughtful care.

Every person (staff AND doctor) that I dealt with was polite, professional, and seemed quite competent. They all seemed to care about the quality of the exam I received. Any questions I had were answered in an understandable way for me (a layperson), but with no hint of condescension. I have total confidence in the care I received here yesterday. I would recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

Dr. Joly was great! She was personable, relatable, and showed genuine concern for my vision concerns. She spent quality time with me and it was obvious that she is knowledgeable and cares about her patients. I will request her every year.
